Below is a simplified break down of how the sales process will flow.

Step 1 - Initial Contact

Step 2 - Estimate

Our experts will assess your needs and develop a loose estimate for the project.

Step 3 - Conference Call / Meeting

We will meet with you to go over your project and the estimate we provided. The size and scope of your project will determine which of the following two routes will be taken.

Step 4a - Ranged Contract

For less complex projects, we can draw up a contract to begin work. Most projects require a 50% down payment at the start of the project and the remainder before the site goes live.

Step 4b - Project Planning / Design Document

Multi-faceted larger projects will require a project planning phase. This phase usually takes between 3-6 weeks but varies depending upon the project type. At the completion of this phase you will be presented with a Design document which will map out the entire flow of the Web site along with accurate budget, timeline and detailed task lists. See our Planning page for more details. At this point we draw up a contract and request the down payment.

This phase requires a payment of $1,000 - 5,000 in order to begin.

* Many Web Development companies generate a proposal and timeline without all of the necessary information to do this extremely important portion of the job correctly. The resulting "project creep" increases both timelines and budgets. Our processes were developed to eliminate these problems and maintain a win-win relationship for all parties involved.
